How to Use — Step 1: Soak Wash
- Fill a basin with lukewarm water.
- Measure the shampoo with the bottle cap: 2 caps for a short wig, 3 for medium, 4 for long.
- Submerge the wig and soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Rinse 3 to 4 times with lukewarm water.
- Do not rub and do not scrub. Dirt, sweat and product buildup release on their own.
- Pat dry and set the wig on a stand.
How to Use — Step 2: Leave-In, No Rinse
- Shake the spray well.
- Mist from 4 to 8 inches over mid-lengths and ends.
- Comb through from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb.
- Do not rinse. The spray stays in.
The two steps are different by design. The shampoo is diluted and soaked. The spray is never diluted and never rinsed. Mixing the two up is the most common way a wash goes wrong.
Fiber Fit — Human Hair
Human hair is porous. It has no scalp feeding it oil, so every wash and every flat-iron pass pulls moisture out and nothing puts it back. The shampoo is balanced to pH5, the range where the cuticle stays smooth and closed. Everyday cleansers run pH7 to 8 and slowly roughen and dry a piece that is only washed every two to four weeks.
The spray answers the same problem from the other side: camellia (tsubaki) oil and vitamin E absorb into the shaft to hold moisture in, rather than coating the surface.

How Long It Lasts
- Wash a human hair wig every 2 to 4 weeks. More often than that and it dries out faster than it soils.
- Each soak uses 2 to 4 capfuls, so a 7 fl oz shampoo bottle covers many wash cycles. Exact count depends on wig length.
- The 7 fl oz spray is the daily bottle. Mist before and after washing and after heat styling.
