How to Use — Step 1: Soak Wash
- Fill a basin with lukewarm water.
- Measure the shampoo with the bottle cap: 2 caps for a short wig, 3 for medium, 4 for long.
- Submerge the wig and soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Rinse 3 to 4 times with lukewarm water.
- Do not rub and do not scrub. Buildup releases on its own.
- Pat dry and set the wig on a stand.
How to Use — Step 2: Leave-In, No Rinse
- Shake the spray well.
- Mist from 4 to 8 inches over mid-lengths and ends.
- Comb through from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb.
- Do not rinse. The spray stays in.
The two steps are different by design. The shampoo is diluted and soaked. The spray is never diluted and never rinsed. Mixing the two up is the most common way a wash goes wrong.
Fiber Fit — Synthetic
Synthetic fiber is sealed, so water and conditioner cannot soak into the strand. The shampoo is balanced to pH6 and cleans without stripping, so the fiber does not turn coarse after washing. The spray coats and protects the fiber surface with coconut oil and vitamin E instead of trying to absorb.

How Long It Lasts
- Wash a synthetic wig when it needs it. Washing more often than necessary is what wears the fiber down.
- Each soak uses 2 to 4 capfuls, so one 7 fl oz shampoo bottle covers many wash cycles and the second bottle is the refill. Exact count depends on wig length.
- The 2.3 fl oz spray lives in your bag for touch-ups between washes.
