How to Use — Soak, Do Not Scrub
- Fill a basin with lukewarm water, from a third of a gallon up to a full gallon depending on wig length.
- Measure with the bottle cap: 2 caps for a short wig, 3 for medium, 4 for long. Stir to dilute.
- Submerge the wig and soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Rinse 3 to 4 times with lukewarm water.
- Do not rub and do not scrub at any point. Buildup releases on its own.
- Pat dry, set the wig on a stand, then finish with a leave-in spray before combing.
Finish the wash: mist Awesome Synthetic Wig Leave-In Conditioner Spray, 7 fl oz over mid-lengths and ends, then comb through from the ends upward. That spray is a leave-in and is never rinsed out. This bottle is the one that gets diluted.
Fiber Fit — Synthetic
This shampoo is made for manufactured fiber and balanced to pH6. Synthetic fiber is sealed, so it cannot take in moisture the way human hair does. How Long It Lasts
- Wash a synthetic wig when it needs it. Washing more often than necessary is what wears the fiber down.
